It should be noted that due  to the nature of this work, conversations about your situation or progress may be discussed between the teachers as a means of supporting you.

We make every attempt to use technology that also supports your privacy and confidentiality. If you feel in anyway that this has been compromised or that there are preferred methods of handling it, please feel free to reach out to the teachers.

Psychological Safety

Our mission is liberation from suffering.

While it is never the intention to cause any form of psychological distress, participants should understand that a journey of personal growth will undoubtedly challenge our sense of self. After all, our goal is to free ourselves from the individual sense of self (the egoic mind) that separates us from the world and ultimately causes our suffering and that of the world.

Some may experience this as a loss of psychological safety. It is recommended that you not undertake this work if you find it overwhelming or distressing in such a way as to be a detriment to your life.
